NB - There are numerous other spaces around the building that can be used for one off events, please enquire directly for more info on these.

What are the contract terms?

The only condition is that you give a least one month’s notice of your intended leaving date on or before the 1st of the month that you want to leave in.

In order to take a space at the Mill you will need to pay your first month's rent in advance.

We may ask for proof of identification and address.
