About Us
The studio was opened in 2002, and aims to provide affordable spaces for artists, in all disciplines, and to give them support at the start of their careers
The studios are situated in Bridgewater Mill at Patricroft, Eccles, alongside the Bridgewater Canal, with which it shares a long
history, and is within the re-generation area.
We are situated on the top floor of the mill, which affords incredible panoramic views and light. It is an open plan floor space,
and currently we have 8 artists in the studio, painters, ceramics, textiles, sculptors, jewellery makers and glass artists.
with all the relevant equipment needed, and qualified support technicians.
The mill is currently under an ongoing refurbishment programme.
